Rachel (Heli) Cohen is a PhD candidate at the ELSC PhD program in computational neuroscience. Heli completed her B.Sc. degree in physics and mathematics at the Hebrew University. Her main research interest is in the dynamics of synaptic plasticity in recurrent neural networks
